Engagement models

Three ways in

Most engagements start here

Diagnostic

Fixed scope · 2–3 weeks

A complete audit of the accounts you already run, with no obligation to continue — tracking integrity, wasted spend, structure, keywords, creative, bidding and settings, plus a competitor dossier and a prioritised action plan you are free to hand to anyone, including your current agency.

Best for: owners who suspect their reporting is flattering them.

Launch

Fixed scope · 6–8 weeks

For businesses with nothing live yet, or accounts that need rebuilding from the ground up — brand profile, strategy, measurement stack, campaign architecture, creative, landing pages and a controlled launch. It ends with a working account, documentation and a roadmap, whether or not you continue with us.

Best for: new ventures, new markets, or accounts too tangled to repair incrementally.

Retainer

Monthly · rolling

Ongoing ownership of the system — daily monitoring, weekly optimisation, standing creative production, fortnightly executive reporting, a monthly deep-dive and quarterly strategy. Scope is set against the pillars you need and reviewed each quarter.

Best for: businesses where paid acquisition is a primary revenue channel.

Week by week

The first ninety days

Weeks 1–2Understand

Access, baseline, diagnosis

We document brand, offer and customer in writing, audit whatever is currently running, and draw a clear picture of the competitors you are really bidding against.

Week 3Fix

Make the numbers true

We correct tracking end to end, define and deduplicate conversions, and connect bookings or orders back to the campaigns that produced them. Nobody spends meaningfully before this holds.

Week 4Build

Structure, creative, pages

We rebuild or launch the campaign architecture, write and produce ads under brand and compliance rules, build landing pages, and clean the feed where commerce is involved.

Weeks 5–8Learn

Controlled optimisation

Daily anomaly checks against thresholds, weekly playbook-driven adjustments, structured creative testing — paced so the bidding algorithms are never reset by needless interference.

Weeks 9–12Scale

Scale what is proven

We reallocate budget to validated performance, add new channels only once the core is stable, begin a standing creative cadence, and agree the quarterly roadmap.

OngoingReport

A rhythm you can hold us to

A fortnightly plain-English overview, a monthly deep-dive, and daily automated anomaly alerts — each one arriving with a recommendation attached.

Approval precedes action
Structural changes, budget moves and public-facing content wait for your explicit yes.

Exit without damage
A notice period, a handover pack, and a walkthrough with whoever takes over.
FAQ

The questions owners ask us

Scope & fit

01

What exactly would you be doing for my business?

We run your paid advertising and everything that determines whether it converts. In practice that means: the campaigns themselves on Google and Meta; the tracking that tells you what those campaigns produced; the ads, images, video and landing pages people see; and, where it matters, the product listings, feed and storefront behind them. Some clients take all of it, most start with two parts.

02

Is this a fit for a business like mine?

It fits when a customer is worth enough to pay for, and when you can serve more of them if they arrive. Our current clients include an aesthetics clinic, a wholesale supplier, an online food store, a B2B energy platform, a chauffeur service and a fashion rental marketplace. The mix is deliberately different, because a method that only works in one industry is not a method.

It fits badly when margins cannot support acquisition, when you cannot fulfil more demand, or when you need results inside three weeks. We will say so rather than take the work. The clearest current example is on the work page: a Berlin chauffeur service whose advertising spend stays deliberately locked until its measurement gaps are closed.

03

Do you only do ads, or the website too?

Both, within reason. We build and change landing pages, product listings, feeds, tracking and email, and we work directly inside Shopify and Magento stores. What we do not do is rebuild your platform. For that we bring in our engineering partners on a defined scope, and you contract them directly.

04

Who actually does the work?

Celik Works is principal-led. Strategy, judgement and accountability sit with the founder and are never delegated to juniors; you are not handed down the org chart after the first meeting. The execution volume is carried by an AI operations layer we built, which is how a senior-only agency covers work that would normally need a large delivery team.

Some programmes need more hands than that: a platform rebuild, a film crew, a studio day. Then we bring in our delivery partners in Melbourne, Germany and Türkiye, openly, at their own rates, and contracted directly with you.

05

You mention AI — is a machine running my account?

The AI operations layer we built does the work that benefits from speed and volume: watching your accounts every day, pulling and reconciling data, drafting analysis and ad variations, producing creative, and carrying out changes once they are approved. That is why problems surface in a day instead of at the month-end review.

It does not decide your strategy, approve a claim about your business, or move money on its own. Every budget change and every public-facing word is signed off by a person — and by you before it goes live.

Money & terms

06

How does pricing work?

Three shapes. A diagnostic and a launch are fixed-price for a fixed scope, quoted before we start, so you know the whole cost up front. Ongoing work is a monthly fee, set against the parts you need and reviewed each quarter.

We do not charge a percentage of your ad spend. That model pays an agency more for persuading you to spend more, which is exactly the wrong incentive to have on the other side of the table.

07

Is my advertising budget included in that?

No — and it should never be. Google and Meta bill your card directly for media. You see every cent of it in your own accounts, and our fee is entirely separate from it. If anyone bundles the two, you have lost the ability to see what your advertising really costs.

08

How long do I have to commit for?

The first engagement is a fixed piece of work with a defined end, not a contract you have to escape. Ongoing work runs month to month with a notice period, reviewed quarterly.

That said, be honest with yourself about time: measurement takes weeks to correct, and bidding systems need a stable period to learn. Judging any of this at week four will tell you nothing useful.

09

What if it does not work?

Then you should be able to see exactly why, because every decision was written down before it was made and every change was logged after it. Sometimes the answer is that the channel cannot work at your price point. In that case we will tell you and stop, rather than sell you another quarter of testing.

Nobody honest guarantees a return on advertising. What Celik Works will commit to is that you will always know what was done, what it cost and what it produced.

Working together

10

Who owns the accounts and the work?

You do, without exception. Every account is opened in your name from the first day — we work as users inside your infrastructure, never the reverse. Creative files, landing pages, email templates, tracking documentation and campaign structures are yours. And if we part ways, the exit is part of the service, not a negotiation — an engagement that ends should still leave you better off than it found you.

11

How will I know whether it is working?

We agree at the start on the result that matters to you, whether that is bookings, orders, qualified enquiries or repeat purchases, and every report is built around it. Not impressions, not clicks, not engagement.

You get a short plain-English review every fortnight and a full analysis monthly, both written so you can challenge them. Where the data is incomplete or unreliable, the report says so instead of quietly filling the gap.

12

Can you work alongside my current agency or developer?

Yes, and it is often the fastest start. We can run an independent diagnostic over your existing accounts and hand it straight to whoever manages them. Splitting the work permanently is legitimate too — measurement, strategy and creative direction with us, day-to-day execution with your team. Replacing your current supplier is a possible outcome, not the purpose.

Start with the diagnostic.

It is the cheapest way to find out whether we are worth hiring — and the findings are yours either way.
