These terms, with the description of what you buy on the pricing page and the summary shown at checkout, are the pre-contract information and the distance sales agreement between you and the seller named below. You accept them at checkout, and the version you accepted is kept with your purchase.

A monthly plan or a one-off project as described on the pricing page, at the price shown at checkout. Work begins within one business day of payment, starting with access and onboarding. One-off projects are delivered in the time stated for them, counted from the day we have the access we need.
Advertising spend is never part of the price. Platforms such as Google and Meta bill it to you directly.

Prices are charged in the currency shown at checkout; Turkish lira prices include 20% VAT. Payment is by card, confirmed by your bank with 3D Secure, and an invoice is issued for every payment.
A one-off project is paid once, in full, at checkout. A monthly plan is paid at checkout and then on the same date each month, or on the last day of a shorter month, until you cancel: through a secure payment link we email you or, where you authorise it at checkout, charged to the same card without asking again. That authority can be withdrawn at any time by cancelling.

Card details are sent from your browser directly to PayTR Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Kuruluşu A.Ş., a payment institution licensed by the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye, and never reach our servers.
A card is stored only if you authorise monthly charges at checkout. PayTR then keeps it; we keep only a reference to it and its last four digits, you can pay with a different card whenever a payment is overdue, and we ask PayTR to delete the card when the subscription ends. Otherwise no card is stored.

If a monthly payment has not come through, we follow up 2, 5 and 9 days after the due date, trying a stored card again where there is one, and email you each time with a link to pay. The work continues in the meantime. If it is still unpaid after the last of these, the subscription ends and nothing more is charged.

You can cancel a monthly plan at any time, from the link in any billing email, from the billing page, or by writing to hello@celikworks.com. Cancelling stops all future charges straight away, and the work continues until the end of the month already paid for. A month that has begun is not refunded, except under the right of withdrawal below.
A one-off project can be cancelled by writing to us before it is delivered. We refund the price minus the share of the work already done.

If you buy as a consumer, you can withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of payment without giving a reason, by writing to hello@celikworks.com. You ask at checkout for the work to begin straight away, so if you withdraw we refund what you paid minus the share of the work already done. Once a service has been fully performed within those 14 days, the right of withdrawal no longer applies to it.
Businesses buying for their commercial activity have no right of withdrawal, and can cancel as described above.

Refunds are made to the card that was charged, through PayTR, within 14 days of your withdrawal or cancellation reaching us. When they appear on your statement depends on your bank.

A running subscription keeps its price. If it ever has to change, we email you at least 30 days before the new price applies, and you can cancel before then at no cost.

We carry out the work your plan or project describes with professional care, and report on it as it sets out. Nobody honest guarantees advertising or search results, and we do not: what we commit to is the work, done properly and on the record.

We use the details you give at checkout to perform this agreement, to issue invoices and to meet our legal obligations, as the privacy page describes.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers can apply to the consumer arbitration committee or the consumer court where they live or where the seller is located, within the monetary limits set each year. For businesses, the courts of Ankara have jurisdiction.
