Does this site track me?

Lightly, and only to see whether the pages work. The site loads Google Tag Manager, which sends measurement to Google Analytics. That does set analytics cookies in your browser.

There are no advertising or remarketing tags, no session recording, no heatmaps, and nothing sold or shared with anyone. Advertising storage is switched off in the consent settings and stays off. If you would rather not be counted at all, the switch at the bottom of this page turns the measurement off for this browser and it will stay off.

What does the measurement actually record?

Which pages were opened, which links and buttons were clicked, which sections were read, and whether an enquiry was started, failed validation or was sent. Roughly: what the site did, not who you are.

When an enquiry is sent, the measurement records that one was sent, along with the market and budget band you selected and how you said you found us. It never records your name, your email address, your company, your website or a word of your message.

What data do you receive directly?

Only what you choose to send. If you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, your email address, your website if you share it, your company if you share it, the market and budget band you select, and whatever you put in the message. Your enquiry is delivered straight to the founder’s inbox as a transactional email through the site’s mail provider. We use it solely to reply to you. It is never added to a marketing list, never sold, and never shared with anyone else. Separately, our hosting provider keeps the standard server logs every website has; they are short-lived, and we do not analyse them.

What do you keep if I buy a plan or a project?

What a contract and an invoice need: your name, email address, phone number and billing address; your company and tax number if you give them; the terms you accepted, when, and from which IP address; and a record of every payment. We keep it for as long as Turkish law requires accounting records to be kept, which also means it cannot be deleted on request before then.

Your card number never reaches us. Card details go from your browser straight to PayTR, the licensed payment institution that processes our payments; to offer instalments, only a card’s first eight digits pass through our server on their way to PayTR, and we do not keep them. A card is stored only if you authorise monthly charges when paying on our checkout page; PayTR then keeps it, we hold only a token that refers to it and its last four digits, and we ask PayTR to delete the card as soon as it is no longer needed.

Can I see or delete what you hold?

Yes. Email hello@celikworks.com and we will send you a copy of your correspondence with us, delete it, or both. There is no form to fill in — the same inbox that received your enquiry handles the request.

The analytics described above holds no name, address or contact detail, so there is nothing there to retrieve. If you want it to stop collecting anything at all, use the switch below.

What if this changes?

If we ever introduce an advertising tag, share data with a third party, or start collecting something not listed here, this page will be updated before that happens, not after. Until this page says otherwise, what is written here holds.
