Portfolio

Seven programmes. Four countries. One method.

Businesses across Australia, Germany, Türkiye and Singapore, on five commerce platforms — deliberately varied. One operating system, pressure-tested against seven unrelated demand problems. You will find no revenue figures below — live performance belongs to the client who paid for it; real structures and real audits are walked through in working sessions, under NDA where you prefer.

SBL Beauté

Full-stack programme

Skin, lash & beauty clinic

Model
Appointment booking + retail
Engagement
Ongoing retainer

A five-star rated aesthetics clinic with a wide treatment catalogue: HydraFacial, HIFU, skin needling, laser hair removal, lash and brow artistry, wellness. The flagship engagement, and the account where our operating method was built: a documented brand system, a strategy manual defining service tiers and cross-sell chains, a living campaign-structure playbook, and a compliance layer that keeps every claim inside Australian therapeutic-goods and practitioner-advertising rules.

The programme spans the entire funnel, and the hardest work sits in its seams: booking attribution that follows an enquiry from click to treatment chair, AI-produced creative locked to real in-clinic equipment and consistent on-camera talent, and a large-format LED banner programme whose offline audience is tracked back through QR codes.

Sibzi

sibzi.com · Australia-wide, B2B

Acquisition & retention
Sector
Lash trays & professional supplies
Market
Australia · en-AU
Model
Wholesale e-commerce
Engagement
Ongoing retainer

A wholesale supplier selling consumables to lash studios and artists. It is a repeat-purchase business where a first order that merely breaks even is a good order, and we built the programme around that: lifetime value and reorder rate are first-class metrics in every report, not an afterthought behind single-order return.

Delivery began with a full competitor mapping of the Australian professional lash-supply market: deep dossiers on the field’s leaders, every claim independently verified, raw evidence archived. That research surfaced a genuine structural gap, which became the positioning the paid programme now sells against, through an account structure that separates brand, category and product-supply intent.

Back-Lava

Store ops & paid media
Sector
Artisan food e-commerce
Market
Germany + EU · de-DE
Model
Shopify D2C
Engagement
Ongoing retainer

Handmade baklava and Turkish desserts: Gaziantep recipes produced fresh daily in Hamburg, shipped across Germany and into the wider EU. A perishable, gift-driven, intensely seasonal category where advertising and operations cannot be separated: a campaign that outruns production capacity is a liability, not a win.

The engagement covers both sides of that line. It pairs store operations and German-language product content inside Shopify with advertising planned around the seasonal peaks the category really has, throttled to what a fresh-production kitchen can fulfil, and a psychology-led email programme running from welcome to replenishment.

E-Nova Energysolutions

Greenfield launch
Sector
B2B energy procurement platform

Headless platform
Engagement
Launch + advisory

A commercial energy and gas procurement platform serving German Mittelstand businesses. A genuine greenfield build, with no advertising history and no legacy account to inherit, which makes it the clearest demonstration of our launch method: strategy, customer profile, competitor set, canonical facts and compliance boundaries are all written before a single euro is committed.

The distinctive work is regulatory and structural. German competition law makes unverified savings claims a legal exposure, not just a credibility one, so every numeric claim passes a verified-facts gate before it can appear in paid media, and tracking stays strictly consent-gated under DSGVO. On the demand side, the platform is being built to be citable when a business owner asks an AI assistant how to switch supplier.

DCEY

davetcokelbisemyok.com · İstanbul

Marketplace growth

Fashion rental & resale marketplace

Türkiye · tr-TR
Model

Commerce growth

Türkiye’s designer occasion-wear rental and resale marketplace: evening and bridal gowns, accessories and homeware, rented, dry-cleaned and returned. It runs a two-sided model: alongside its own inventory, wardrobe owners list their pieces to rent and resell, with a subscription tier, a mobile app and a resale channel attached.

It is the most structurally complex account in our portfolio. Demand is event-driven and violently seasonal, every rentable item is a unit of one, and supply and demand have to be acquired at the same time from the same budget — a marketplace with renters and no lenders stalls exactly as fast as the reverse. Multi-brand catalogue, multi-language storefront and rental-specific conversion events make measurement a design problem rather than a plug-in.

Anatolia Restaurant

anatoliarestaurantsg.com · Kampong Glam, Singapore

Market
Singapore · en-SG
Model
Dine-in, delivery, catering
Engagement
Completed engagement

A charcoal-grill Turkish restaurant on Arab Street, one of Singapore’s few fully halal Mediterranean kitchens and a Travellers’ Choice–awarded venue. Restaurants are the purest local-demand problem there is: discovery happens on maps and social far more than on a website, and public reputation is not a brand exercise but the actual conversion mechanism.

The programme was accordingly local-first, built on dish-level content shaped by how people genuinely search and multilingual reach across a tourist and expatriate customer base, in a market where halal certification is a primary filter rather than a footnote.
