Flipjet Privacy Policy
Applies to the Flipjet app for iPhone (App Store bundle ID com.celikworks.flipjet, version 1.0 and later) and these Flipjet web pages.
The short version
- Flipjet collects no personal data. The game sends nothing about you or your device to us or to anyone else.
- You do not need an account. We never ask for your name, email or phone number.
- Your progress, settings and the items you have unlocked are saved only on your iPhone.
- Optional in-app purchases, including the Flipjet Club subscription, are sold and processed by Apple. We never receive your payment details or your Apple Account details, and the game sends us no purchase data.
- The game has no ads, no analytics and no tracking, and no third-party software that collects data. It plays offline; buying something needs a connection to the App Store.
- We do not sell or share personal data.
- To delete your game data, delete the app. Your purchases stay with your Apple Account and can be restored.
- If an update would change any of this, for example by adding optional ads or analytics, we will post the updated policy on this page before that update is released.
1. Who we are
Flipjet is developed and published by Muhammed Çelik, sole proprietor, trading as Celik Works (Türkiye) (“we”, “us”). Celik Works is a brand name, not a separate company. On the App Store, Muhammed Çelik is shown as the seller.
For the little personal data we handle (mainly emails you send us, see section 2), we are the data controller. In Türkiye, we are the veri sorumlusu under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).
Muhammed Çelik, sole proprietor, trading as Celik Works (Türkiye)Postal address for written requests: Serhat Mah. Mimar Başak Cengiz Cad. No: 6B/53, 06374 Yenimahalle/Ankara, Türkiye

2. Data we collect
a. In the game: none
Flipjet does not collect personal data. It sends nothing to us or to anyone else (purchases go through Apple’s App Store), has no account, and contains no advertising, analytics, crash-reporting or tracking software from other companies. It does not access the Apple advertising identifier (IDFA) and does not show the tracking prompt.
What stays on your iPhone. Your coins, course stars, best scores and times, upgrades, paints, the items you have bought (with a record of the purchases already delivered, so nothing is delivered twice), your Club coins waiting to be claimed, and your settings (sound, music, haptics, motion and control options) are saved in the game’s storage on your iPhone. They are included in your iPhone’s backups (iCloud Backup or a backup on your computer). We never receive them.
In-app purchases. Apple’s App Store handles every purchase: it shows you the price, takes the payment, sends you the receipt and keeps the purchase record with your Apple Account, under Apple’s privacy policy. The game uses Apple’s StoreKit on your iPhone to see which items you own and whether your Flipjet Club membership is active, so it can unlock and restore them. For this, StoreKit gives the game the product, the transaction number and the dates. This stays on your iPhone. We do not receive it, and we never see your name, your Apple Account or your payment details.
Your age range, where the law requires it. Where the law requires an age check for certain Apple Accounts (for example in Texas), the game may ask Apple’s Declared Age Range feature for your age range, such as “under 13” or “18 or over”. Apple asks you, or your parent, before sharing it. The answer stays on your iPhone and is used only to apply age-appropriate settings, for example not showing a pushed offer to children. It is not saved and is not sent to us.
What Apple may share with us. Apple runs the App Store and gives us aggregated statistics, such as the number of downloads, and sales and subscription reports (for example how many of each item sold in each country), which identify subscribers only by a random number. If you chose to share analytics with app developers in your iPhone settings (Settings › Privacy & Security › Analytics & Improvements), Apple may also give us crash reports and usage statistics about the app. These do not tell us who you are. Apple’s own data practices are described in Apple’s privacy policy.
b. On these web pages
The Flipjet web pages use no cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or third-party scripts. Our hosting provider processes your IP address and basic request data (such as browser type, the page requested and the time) to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse.
c. Data you send us
If you email us, we receive your email address, your message and anything you attach. If you send us an Apple order ID or a receipt to get help with a purchase, we use it only to answer you.
What we do not collect: your name, contacts, photos, microphone or camera data, location, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, your Apple Account, your purchase history, payment details, or “sensitive personal information” as US state laws define it.
3. How we use data, and our legal bases
| Purpose | Data used | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|
| Answer support questions and privacy requests | Your email address, your message and attachments (including an order ID you send us) | Performance of a contract with you or our legitimate interests; legal obligation for privacy requests |
| Deliver and restore what you buy | Purchase information from Apple’s StoreKit, processed only on your iPhone (section 2a) | Performance of a contract with you |
| Deliver these web pages and keep them secure | IP address and request data, processed by our hosting provider | Legitimate interests |
| Fix problems in the game and understand sales | Crash reports, statistics and sales reports Apple shares with us (section 2a) | Legitimate interests |
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling or automated decisions.
4. Advertising and tracking
Flipjet shows no ads and does not track you. It does not link data from the game with data from other companies’ apps or websites, and it does not share data with data brokers. Because nothing is tracked, the game does not ask for permission to track.
5. Partners who receive data
The game sends no data to any partner. Two service providers help us with the email and web parts described above, under their own terms:
| Provider | What it does for us | Data |
|---|---|---|
| Hostinger | Hosts our email mailbox, hello@celikworks.com | Emails you send us |
| Vercel | Hosts the celikworks.com web pages | IP address and request data |
Apple distributes the game and sells and delivers in-app purchases through the App Store, under its own privacy policy. We send Apple no data about you.
6. Children and teens
Flipjet is rated 13+ on the App Store and is made for a general audience. It is not directed at children under 13. The game collects no personal information from any player, including children: there is no chat, no public profile, no user content and no ads. The only links in the game open these Flipjet web pages in your browser.
Purchases by children and teens. Every purchase goes through Apple, and the game never asks for payment details. Parents can approve or block purchases with Apple’s Ask to Buy and Screen Time. Where the law requires it (for example in Texas), Apple asks a parent or guardian to consent before a minor downloads the game or makes a purchase. The game uses an age range only to hold back pushed offers from children (section 2a), never to target offers by age.
If a child emails us, we use the email only to reply and delete it once the question is answered. Parents can contact us at hello@celikworks.com with the subject “Parent privacy request”.
If a future update adds features that use personal data, such as optional ads, we will add age-appropriate protections and update this policy before that update is released.
7. How long we keep data
| Data | How long |
|---|---|
| Progress, settings, owned items and the purchase record on your iPhone | Until you delete the game (and in your iPhone backups until you delete them). Your purchases stay with your Apple Account (section 10) |
| Age range, where the game checks it | Not stored: used during the check, then discarded |
| Support emails | 24 months after the conversation ends. Emails from children are deleted once answered |
| Privacy requests | Up to 24 months, to show we complied |
| Web server logs held by our hosting provider | Only as long as the provider keeps them to deliver and protect the pages |
8. International transfers
We are based in Türkiye. Our email and hosting providers may process data in other countries, including the United States and the European Union. Where the law requires it, we rely on safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and the standard contracts of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority, together with our providers’ data processing terms.
9. Your rights
United States. Depending on your state (for example California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut or Texas), you may have the right to know what personal information we have about you and to get a copy of it, to correct or delete it, to opt out of its sale or sharing and of targeted advertising, and to appeal if we refuse a request. To appeal, reply to our answer with the subject “Appeal”. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. You can use an authorised agent.
EEA, UK and Switzerland (if the game is offered there). You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
Türkiye (KVKK). Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 you may ask whether we process your data and request information about it; learn the purpose and whether it is used for that purpose; learn the recipients in Türkiye or abroad; ask for correction, deletion or destruction, and for third parties to be told; object to a result that is against you and comes only from automated analysis; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing. You can apply in writing to the postal address in section 1, or by email to hello@celikworks.com. We reply free of charge within 30 days at the latest. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).
How to make a request
Email hello@celikworks.com with the subject “Privacy request” and tell us what you are asking for. Because the game collects nothing, the only personal data we may hold about you is your emails with us. Your purchase history is held by Apple: see privacy.apple.com and reportaproblem.apple.com. We confirm requests within 10 business days and answer within 30 days, or within the shorter period your law sets.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information (US states)
We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of. If that ever changes, we will update this policy first and give you a way to opt out.
California notice at collection
| Category | Examples for Flipjet | Sold or shared? | Retention |

| Internet or other electronic activity | Requests to these web pages | No | Section 7 |
| Commercial information (purchases) | Not collected by us: Apple processes purchases, and the game keeps its purchase record only on your iPhone. An order ID you email us is kept with your email | No | Section 7 |
| Geolocation, inferences | None collected | — | — |
| Sensitive personal information | None collected | — | — |
Sources: you (emails) and your browser (web requests). We do not sell or share the personal information of anyone, including players under 16.
10. Deleting your data
There is no account to delete. Deleting Flipjet from your iPhone deletes all game data stored on it. Copies in iPhone backups made before you deleted the game stay in those backups until you delete them. We do not have a copy of your progress, so we cannot restore it or delete it for you.
Your purchases are not lost with the app. They stay with your Apple Account: after reinstalling, tap Settings › Restore Purchases to bring back one-time purchases (such as paints and the Coin Doubler) and an active Flipjet Club membership. Coins are not restored (see the Terms of Use, section 4). To see or get help with your purchases, use reportaproblem.apple.com.
To delete emails you sent us, email hello@celikworks.com with the subject “Data deletion request”. We confirm within 10 business days and complete the request within 30 days. We may keep a record of the request.
11. Security
The game stores your data only on your iPhone, protected by iOS. Purchases are handled by Apple’s App Store. Access to our email and hosting accounts is limited to us. These pages are served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). No method is completely secure. If a breach affects your data, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.
12. These web pages and Global Privacy Control
Global Privacy Control (GPC) is a browser setting that tells websites you want to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information. We treat it as a valid opt-out request. Neither the game nor these pages sell or share anything, so there is nothing more to switch off.
13. Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we update the version and the “Last updated” date at the top and keep earlier versions available on request. Before we release an update that changes what Flipjet collects (for example, by adding optional ads or analytics), we post the updated policy on this page, describe the change in the update notes, and ask for your consent in the game where the law requires it.
Where a law treats an update as a significant change (in Texas, for example, new kinds of purchases, ads or a new age rating), we also notify the App Store first and use Apple’s system to ask for the acknowledgment or the parent’s consent that the law requires.
