How Rodbender plays
Rodbender puts the rod in your hands. Cast, hook a giant, then keep the line alive while it runs, dives and leaps clear of the water. Too much pressure snaps the line, too little lets it spool you, and a shark may come for your fish. Land it, tag it and release it, fill your species book and earn better rods, reels and lines.
- Cast, strike and fight: hold to reel, ease off before the line snaps. One thumb, portrait.
- Fish four Gulf trips for marlin, sailfish, tuna, wahoo, mahi and mako sharks, with a Legend at the end of each trip.
- Earn coins and XP on every catch and spend them on rods, reels and lines.
What we promise players
No ads, nothing to buy
This version is free, with no ads and no in-app purchases. Coins, gear and rod finishes are earned by fishing.
No energy, no lives
Lost a fish? Try again right away, for free. Better gear is optional.
Plays offline
No account and no Wi-Fi needed. Your progress is saved on your iPhone, and the game collects no data.
